Cancellation Policy
As a valued customer, you have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The cancellation period lasts for fourteen days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us (Ernst Vakuumshop, Attn: Patrzcja Ernst, Gebrüder-Funcken-Straße 4, 47669 Wachtendonk, info@ernst-vakuumshop.de) with a clear statement (such as a letter sent by post, fax, or email) regarding your decision to cancel this contract. Upon receiving your cancellation notice, we will promptly confirm receipt via email.
To ensure you meet the cancellation deadline, simply send your notification before the fourteen-day period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you choose to cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You are required to return the goods promptly and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation
Please note that the right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings if the seal has been broken after delivery.
