Shipping Costs
All prices are quoted in EURO (€) and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 19%. The prices applicable are those at the time of order placement.
Due to technical reasons, items in our web shop can only be ordered in specified increments. If you wish to order a smaller quantity or a quantity outside of these increments, please feel free to contact us via phone, chat, or email.
Please take note of the following:
- We offer delivery starting from a minimum order value of €30.
- If your order falls below this amount, a small order surcharge of €12.50 will apply.
- You can order any quantity you desire. If this does not align with full packaging units, we will charge a repacking fee of €12.50 (small quantity surcharge).
- Enjoy free delivery within Germany on orders over €200 net.
- For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of €10.50 will be applied (packaging included).
- If you require express delivery, we will provide you with a quote. Costs will be charged separately based on the current rates of our shipping partner (courier or freight service), regardless of the order value.
- Orders and deliveries are generally only possible within Germany.
- If you wish to have a delivery made to another country, we will charge the actual shipping costs (freight or courier) regardless of the order value. Please inquire about shipping costs with us.
- For deliveries to German islands, we will also charge the actual shipping costs (freight or courier) regardless of the order value. Please check with us in advance for shipping costs related to these island surcharges (for all postal codes).
- For deliveries outside the EU, you can inquire about customs fees at your local customs office.
- Purchases are made on account, payable within 30 days net without deduction, or for new customers, payment in advance is required. We reserve the right to conduct a credit check.
